دار المتقين – Dar al-Muttaqin is a UK based Publisher and Online Bookstore specialising in books of the Islamic Sciences, specialising in books primarily in the Arabic language, but not entirely restricted to; as a number of books in other languages such as Urdu and English may also be made available. Dar al-Muttaqin is not responsible for the content or the views presented in any of the books sold, or to be sold, and the views contained within the books do not  necessarily represent the views held by Dar al-Muttaqin and/or its owner. Order

Once your order has been placed with Dar al-Muttaqin we will begin processing your order, once your order has been processed we will complete the order for which you will receive acknowledgment via email which will include your order details. Please note Dar al-Muttaqin will not consider your order binding until it has been completed and the acknowledgement email has been received. At this point, your order will be considered accepted and binding. This is to ensure we have all your titles available in stock and in sellable condition. If you have chosen bank transfer as payment option please ensure payment is made within 12 hours, thereafter Dar al-Muttaqin reserves the right to cancel your order. 

Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed, Dar al-Muttaqin will ship your parcel with the shipping company and service most appropriate deemed by Dar al-Muttaqin. For orders outside of U.K., if a shipping price is not stated upon checkout, we will contact you with the most economical and appropriate shipping price and you will have the choice of accepting those costs or cancel your order and a full refund will be issued. For shipments outside of U.K. depending on the size of the order or your country laws there may be a customs/import duty fee to be paid, these will the responsibility for the buyer unless there is pre-agreement with Dar al-Muttaqin in writing stating otherwise. 
Delivery times are approximate, these are not guaranteed as Dar al-Muttaqin does not have any control over shipping delays.
Any damages incurred in transit will not be the responsibility of Dar al-Muttaqin but we will endeavour to assist however we can. 

Returns and Refunds

 We will not accept any returns in usual circumstances, however if there is an issue with the order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order we will endeavour to address any issues. If there is damage to the book which is not a result of shipping, a complete or partial refund may be offered, or the option of return. The severity of the damage is at the discretion of Dar al-Muttaqin.
